Grilled Cheese with Pepper Jack, Swiss, and Honey Mustard

This is my favorite combination for a grilled cheese! It is simple and easy.

Ingredients:

Sliced Wheat Bread
Pepper Jack Cheese
Swiss Cheese
Honey Mustard
Sea Salt
Fresh Pepper
Olive Oil

Make sandwich with swiss cheese, pepper jack cheese, honey mustard, sea salt, pepper and wheat bread slices. Heat pan on low. Add a quarter size drop of olive oil to the pan. Pan fry sandwich about 5 mins on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted!

Serve (preferably with soup).

  4. It’s way too hot over here to indulge in a grilled “cheese” sandwich, but your photo may be working to convince me otherwise. Man, that is drool-worthy!

  5. I wouldn’t have thought to put the honey mustard with this cheese combo…sounds delish though :)

  6. That’s a great meal, I enjoy to eat this sort of things (soup + toats with hot cheese) when the weather is a little cold !
